In the Impact Hub Stuttgart, the heartbeat of the historic factory building can be felt. Where engine parts were once cast, you’ll find an inspiring work atmosphere today. Whether you want to network and exchange ideas or simply work in a concentrated manner – here you will find the place for it.
In our Flexdesk area, coworkers have a free and flexible choice of space in the entrance hall, the locksmith’s shop, the light room or the inner courtyard.
The entrance hall is the heart of the Impact Hub Stuttgart. It is a combination of living room, coffee kitchen and event space. Here, our coworkers can work, hold meetings, receive guests or simply have a coffee together. Events are held here in the evenings. The Schlosserei is the centrally located shared office on the first floor with a direct connection to the entrance hall and the printer. The light room (silent coworking) is located on the second floor of the Impact Hub. In a cozy atmosphere you will find over 20 workstations. The courtyard offers you the opportunity to grab your laptop and enjoy the sun in good weather.
High-quality, height-adjustable desks with monitor mounts and ergonomic office chairs from Winnie Möbel are available in our fixed desk area. The fixed desk area is located in the former carpenter’s workshop – a high-quality equipped room with a special character. The fixed workstation offers the opportunity to store personal items in a relaxed manner – even for longer periods of time. In addition, each coworker has their own locker for storing personal belongings. Unlimited access to Impact Hub Stuttgart, even on weekends, create the permanent coworking opportunity in a cozy atmosphere.
In our private offices, coworkers, start-ups and companies find permanent workplaces in separate rooms. Our Private Offices have different sizes and start from offices with two seats – up to offices with 6 seats. Located on the second floor in the Impact Hub Stuttgart, you are perfectly connected to the entire community and enjoy all the benefits with unlimited access at any time of the day.

From stopping by just once a month to having your own desk, our Memberships give you complete flexibility. By completing Membership, you automatically become part of the global Impact Hub community.
