Here you’ll find frequently asked questions about our rooms, room reservations, and everything related to them—along with the right answers.
General Questions
You can book some meeting rooms directly.
For all other spaces, please fill out the Typeform with your details. We’ll get back to you shortly with a quote. You can request event spaces and photo shoots directly.
Yes, we can also host private events. We have special rates and terms for these. Please send us an inquiry by email.
These hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. During this time, the front desk is staffed by a host.
Yes, reservations outside of regular business hours are possible. However, this will incur additional costs for hosting staff.
In the event of cancellation, the following flat fees are due on the service fee (venue costs, personnel costs, and third-party costs, e.g., catering, technicians, etc.):
More than 6 weeks before the booking: free of charge
Up to 6 weeks before booking: 25%
Up to 4 weeks before booking: 50%
Up to 2 weeks before booking: 75%
Less than 1 week before the booking: 100%
The following applies to weekend reservations (Saturday/Sunday):
The budgeted personnel costs will be charged at 100% starting 6 weeks before the event begins.
The entrance to the lobby and the metalworking shop is at ground level and wheelchair-accessible. There is a wheelchair-accessible restroom in the lobby. All other rooms are not wheelchair-accessible and can only be reached via a staircase. We do not have an elevator.
A whiteboard and presentation materials are already included in the room reservation for our meeting rooms (Meisterraum, Ideenschmiede, and Holzlager). You can also request or reserve additional equipment:
- Flipchart: 25 € each
- Metaplan board: 30 € each
Please note that not every room has enough space for additional presentation boards.
Questions About Your Reservation
The time you booked determines when the room will be available to you. If we have already prepared the room and it is not occupied by another reservation, you may be able to enter earlier. Until then, you can wait in the lobby.
Please let us know your final number of participants by email at bookings.stuttgart@impacthub.net no later than 24 hours before the event begins. Different deadlines apply regarding the number of people for catering (meals).
Please email your changes to bookings.stuttgart@impacthub.net at least 24 hours before the event begins. Confirmation is required.
If you’d like to extend your reservation period on-site on the day of your reservation, please speak with the host at the front desk. If the room is available afterward, your reservation can be extended. The additional usage time will be billed retroactively.
Please call the host at the front desk to let them know you’ll be late. However, this will not shorten your booked time, and unfortunately, no refund is possible.
Our front desk host will be happy to assist you.
Small items of trash can be disposed of in the trash cans in the room. For very large items (e.g., pizza boxes, glass bottles), please dispose of them yourself or arrange for disposal with the host.
Cleaning is not necessary. However, please leave the room tidy and clean up after yourself. We’ll take care of the rest.

We usually send the invoice within one to two weeks after your event.
Payment is usually made by bank transfer. Payment on site in cash, by debit card, or by credit card is not possible.
Questions About Meals
There is the option to choose from various flat-rate packages for hot and cold beverages. These are billed per person. Beverage service will be set up in the room only for groups of 5 or more people.
The food will be set up in your room. If you want a separate location, you’ll need to rent additional rooms.
Yes, you can take care of yourself.
