6.2. Disclosure of data to third parties

The processing of your data specified in the previous paragraph, in connection with the booking of a wizemann.space membership, is carried out by the platform cobot.me, which belongs to the company Upstream – Agile GmbH, Adalbertstr. 7-8, 10999 Berlin, Germany (“Cobot”). Cobot is a management software for coworking spaces, office hubs, and flexible workplaces around the world. Cobot may gain access to your data. Cobot’s services are subject to the GDPR and the strict conditions of the concluded order processing agreement. A transfer of your data by our service provider to third parties only takes place in compliance with the legal requirements of the DSGVO or other European or German data protection laws. Cobot may also store your data on servers in the USA: in this case, Cobot ensures that a level of data protection appropriate to the GDPR is maintained.

We are authorized on the legal basis of Article 6(1) sentence 1 letter f DSGVO to share your data (name and email address) with our service provider, as we use the software from and through our service provider for booking the coworking spaces.

We delete your data as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected and there are no legal or contractual obligations to retain it.

7. newsletter

7.1. Newsletter dispatch

On the wizemann.space website you have the possibility to subscribe to a free newsletter. With this we inform you about the latest coworking spaces, booking offers and news regarding our wizemann.space coworking space service.
